About Hanover International, Inc.

Hanover International, Inc., founded in 1990 by James E. Hock, has provided corporate consulting services to more than 200 small to medium-sized companies. These services cover all business areas, including financial strategy and merger and acquisition advising, investor relations, and capital formation with direct access to transactional experts with decades of investment banking and management-level experience.

James Hock was elected to the Board of Directors of The National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) in 2007, and in 2011 he was elected as Chairman. This organization represents more than 9,000 broker/dealers and investment banking firms throughout the United States.

Prior to forming Hanover International, Mr. Hock was the National Sales Manager of the Capital Markets Group, a division of Citicorp (now CitiGroup). Capital Markets Group specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate debt services, and shareholder-related services for publicly traded companies. During his tenure with Citicorp, Mr. Hock was involved with such mergers as Prudential-Bache, Carnation-Nestle and Beatrice-Esmark. In addition, Mr. Hock was responsible for many shareholder-related services and investment banking services for such publicly traded companies as Levi-Strauss, Merrill Lynch, Hilton Hotels, TransAmerica Corp., Atlantic Richfield, MCA-Universal and Litton Industries.
